Speaker Bio – Jeff Mills
Jeff Mills is Managing Director at Property Tax Partners and leads PTP’s Mineral Practice. He has deep expertise in multi-state and multi-jurisdictional appeals across industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. He is recognized for developing compliance processes and quality assurance systems that deliver accurate, timely results.
An active member of IPT, Jeff has served as an instructor, contributed to committees, and authored numerous articles on property tax trends and strategies. His career includes leadership roles at BDO USA, Merit Advisors, Cushman & Wakefield, Crowe, and Grant Thornton. Jeff holds a CMI designation and is a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant and Real Estate Agent in Texas.
