During stints with two publicly traded professional services firms\, he held significant roles of responsibility\, which culminated with a field executive position overseeing the Southern United States and encompassed 13 offices\, 250 operations employees\, 1200 client delivery consultants and $130M p&l. He is recognized as an industry leader and specializes in growing existing businesses with an operational and management strategy focus. \nRob is actively involved with his church where he has served in various leadership capacities focused on the development and growth of the youth group.
